Yes, your application ID & password help secure the information you provide and should not be shared with anyone. CXninja secures data in our systems in compliance with state and federal regulations. Additionally, CXninja does not sell employee information to third parties or disclose information without employee knowledge and permission. For more details, please read our privacy policies.

Is there an age requirement?



Yes, you must be at least 18 years old to be a CXninja.

Do I have to be a legal resident of the United States?



Yes, you must be a legal US resident and provide evidence of legal right to work.

Can I live in Canada or other countries?



No, only legal US residents with proof of right to work can be a CXninja.

Does CXninja charge candidates or employees fees?



No, CXninja does not charge any candidates or employees a fee to apply or work with one of our clients.

How much do I get paid?



Pay rates vary from assignment to assignment based on the client, but typically hourly pay rates range from $15 per hour to $18 per hour, and some positions offer additional shift differential pay.

When do I get paid?



CXninjas are paid weekly when they are actively working on a client assignment.

Do I get paid holidays?



Yes, while working on assignment for a client CXninjas are paid for the following holidays when paid holidays have been accrued and they overlap the dates of your assignment:

Memorial Day - May 30, 2022
Independence Day - Jul 4, 2022
Labor Day - Sep 5, 2022
Thanksgiving Day - Nov 24, 2022
Christmas Day - Dec 26, 2022

To qualify for paid holidays, a CXninja must be working on an active assignment. Paid holidays begin to accrue after a CXninja completes three months on assignment.

Do I get paid time off?



Yes, CXninjas get 40 hours of paid time off (PTO) which can be used for a paid day off or for paid sick time. PTO begins to accrue after an employee has completed three months working on an active client assignment.

Do I get paid sick time?



Yes, CXninjas can get up to 40 hours of paid time off (PTO) to use for paid sick time or a paid day off. PTO begins to accrue after an employee has completed three months working on an active client assignment.

Do you offer health insurance benefits?



Yes, CXninja offers health insurance with full benefits available after completing 30 days working on a client assignment.

How do I get paid?



CXninja pays employees through direct deposit to your bank account. For employees who do not have a bank account, we provide a pay debit card.

Can I work as an independent contractor?



No, currently all CXninjas must be W2 employees.

Why does CXninja require a background check?



As customer service agents, CXninjas may have access to sensitive information from callers while working to represent our clients’ brands. As a result, background checks are important for our clients’ security, and are routine in this industry. Background checks are only required when a CXninja is offered an active assignment for one of our clients.

Why are you conducting reference and background checks?



CXninja is committed to safety for everyone in our community, including clients and employees. As a result, we rely on multiple sources to confirm information provided to us, such as reference checks and certain secure consumer reports provided by background check companies like Checkr, Hireright, Sterling.

What information will I need to provide for the background check?



Information required for a background check may include, but is not limited to, your Social Security number, driver’s license, government-issued picture ID, passport, work visa.

How long does the background check take to process?



Time required to complete a background check varies by applicant. On average, background checks take between 1 to 3 business days, though in some cases it may be longer. You will be notified by email when the screening is complete.

I already completed the background check with you. Why am I now required to complete another one?



From time to time, we’ll request you authorize a new background check because a client requires information from different data sources or similar business reasons.

What happens if I fail a report/check?



For the trust and safety of the broader community, CXninja reserves the right to deactivate your account at any time, should the report or background check reveal criminal convictions that would affect our commitment to creating a safe working environment for our community. If you believe that the contents of your report/check are inaccurate or incomplete, you can contact CSNinja at screening@CSninja.com.

How long will it take for me to get matched with a work opportunity?



The CXninja team is always signing up new clients and working to match you with an exciting customer service opportunities. On average, fully vetted CSNinjas are offered an opportunity in 2 weeks depending on their skills, availability and requirements, and available matching jobs.

I don't see any opportunities where I live. How can I find something near me?



If you don't see any current opportunities near you, we encourage you to check back frequently as we are adding new opportunities daily in a variety of locations. Also, we offer a variety of remote work options that could be a good fit!

Where are employers based?



Our customers are based all over the United States.

How much does it cost to use CXninja?



Registering with and working for CXninja is free for all talent.

Does it cost me anything to apply for a job?



No, you do not pay anything to apply for an opportunity on our platform.

How is ASK Staffing/ASK Consulting Related to CXninja?



CXninja is part of ASK Staffing/ASK Consulting. Your paystub will say ASK Staffing, and your W2 will come from ASK Staffing.
